Weekly Group Workouts
Please note:

Weather and special events may change times and locations for the workouts. Changes are announced via the email listserve.

For runs that start at Fleet Feet, please meet in front of the store, not inside, and please try to keep the stairs and ramp freely accessible to patrons.

Also, the rest rooms in Fleet Feet are for employees only. There are public restrooms in Carr Mill.

Part of the UNC Wellness Center Multisport Club and is targeted to runners looking for a specific workout (drills, hills, tempo, intervals,etc) to improve performance. Must be able to run at least 1 mile continuously (run/walk up to 3 miles). The class heads outdoors on time so arrive early in the lobby so you are not left behind.
