This workout schedule has been prepared by Jim Fischer, the cross-country and track coach at the University of Delaware. He has run an informal track workout for all-comers at the University of Delaware track facility on Tuesday evenings for the past 15 years.
These are intended as sample workouts that you might consider for your own training program, and are not necessarily used at the club track workouts.
